Responsibilities

• Line machinery knowledge essential, over wrappers & vertical form fillers. Further on-going training also provided.
• Experienced within a fresh produce packhouse environment.
• Working Knowledge of BRC would be advantageous.
• Supervision of staff to ensure minimal downtime and maintain a cost-efficient operation.
• Oversee and coach employees/agency staff.
• Ensure good communication with QC department.
• Ensure all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and enforce safety guidelines.
• Good command of written and verbal English and the ability to communicate to a multilingual workforce.
• Positive, can-do approach.
