Enabling Support Worker

Salary: £12.25 per hour

Please note this role does not qualify for visa sponsorship, as the salary requirements set by the Home Office are not satisfied.

About the role
As an Enabling Support Worker it will be your role to provide support and encouragement, by taking direction from both the person supported and the person‑centred support plan.
You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication.
There will be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions. You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in.
Wall Street is a residential home in Hereford city centre. The service offers state‑of‑the‑art equipment and facilities and highly trained staff.
With a specialism in supporting people with cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis and acquired brain injury or stroke, the service takes a person‑centred, flexible approach. With the people that use our services, we create care and support plans that meet personal goals and needs. Personal choice about how they live is top of the list for people who live at Wall Street, with active support from staff.
