Stonewater is seeking a Building Surveyor (Homes Business Partner) to join our damp and mould team on a fixed-term contract to May 2027. This hybrid role covers Reading/Surrey with travel to SE locations as required.
You will carry out inspections (in person and virtually), diagnose causes of damp, mould and disrepair, order works, and track cases to completion while ensuring HHSRS actions keep homes safe. Strong communication and housing knowledge are essential.
