Commercial Vehicle Examiner
Location: Ashford (Kent), Carlisle, Dartford, Holyhead, Leatherhead, Liverpool, Sandbach, Stafford
Salary: £41,534 per annum (Advertised salary is inclusive of a base salary of £29,525 plus a technical allowance of £2,950, and a shift working payment of £9,059. Successful candidates in Leatherhead and Dartford will also receive an additional London allowance of £4000)

They are looking for self-motivated individuals to join their professional enforcement team as a Commercial Vehicle Examiner, for shift working positions at strategic sites throughout the country.
Vehicle Examiners contribute to the integrity of road safety and standards to keep Britain moving safely and sustainably.

Skills and Qualifications
You will have experience in the repair, maintenance or inspection of at least one type of vehicle, if not multiple, along with the relevant qualifications.
This is a hands-on technical role where an eye for detail to spot defects and problems is highly important.
The Vehicle Examiner role can be physically demanding, which could include working in inspection pits and getting in and out of vehicles.
