Groundwork London is seeking a Senior Employment Advisor to support the Youth Jobs Guarantee across Central and North London. You will guide young participants from joining the programme through to securing sustainable employment, tailoring action plans and overcoming barriers.
You will work with Jobcentre Plus referrals, coordinate with the Employer Liaison Team, and help participants into subsidised placements while providing ongoing coaching over a six-month placement.
