Live in Carer Wanted for Younger Adults.
At ORIGIN we look to recruit friendly individuals with a positive personality and the ability to commit to work with a spinally injured client for a maximum of up to two weeks at a time.
You will have a genuinely caring and understanding nature and enjoy the company of other people. We also have a lot of opportunities for female carers.
We are a small, professional Live-in care agency and aiming to be the best provider, not the biggest. So, we want the very best for our clients and for our Personal Assistants which comes from the fact our own MD has a spinal injury. We genuinely care about what we do, and we hope you do too.

- Competitive weekly pay: Starting at £1,064 per seven days worked, with the potential for higher pay if you have relevant complex care experience.
- £500 bonus: Receive a bonus after completing 100 days of work with us, subject to the scheme's terms.
- Performance-related pay increases: After four months, you can benefit from our Performance Reward Scheme, with opportunities for further pay increases.
- Travel expenses refunded: We reimburse eligible travel expenses.
- Training and development: Access opportunities to develop your skills and build a long-term career in the care sector.
What we’re looking for

- Have fluent English communication skills.
- Be confident driving our clients in their vehicles.
- Be willing to commit to working with ORIGIN for at least three months.
- Be reliable, flexible and committed to delivering excellent care.
