Ixworth High School is a small high school set in the picturesque Suffolk countryside. We are part of the Sapientia Educational Trust. The school’s vision is to provide an education system that truly serves those it educates by always reflecting on and addressing individual needs, strengths, and interests. There is a Specialist Unit on site for around 20 pupils, supporting pupils with Communication & Interaction needs.
The Role
We are looking for a hard-working and enthusiastic person with high standards and the ability to communicate and interact effectively with others as part of our school team as a Science Technician. As a Science Technician you will support the Science Faculty with the delivery of practical lessons, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient management of the Science Prep Room. You will work collaboratively with the science team to ensure that resources are planned and provided to deliver safe science practicals across Years 7 to 11.
