About the role
As a Team Leader it will be your duty to oversee the day to day running of the service. This will include supporting the staff team and the people supported. We are looking for candidates who have obtained a NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or are willing to work towards this qualification. There will be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions. You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in. As a Team Leader you will be required to be part of the On Call rota for the service. You will be paid an additional £10 per session.
New Court Place, Hertfordshire, is a residential home with nursing care for 24 adults with physical and intellectual disabilities, plus respite care and services for 16-18 year olds.
