Ariya Neuro Care supports individuals with an acquired brain injury to regain their skills, confidence and independence, with the aim to return home or to more independent living. All of our CQC inspected services have been rated 'Outstanding' in all 5 areas by CQC, which is a very rare achievement. We are Investors in People – Platinum, the highest level of Investors in People accreditation. We are also rated the highest domains in all areas on the Headway ABI approved provider scheme.
Our Rehabilitation Support Workers are comprehensively trained to work alongside our neuro‑therapy team to implement goals and strategies as we see people regain lost skills and confidence in order to move onto a more fulfilled life. We are incredibly passionate about what we do and don’t need people with vast care experience as in‑depth training and support is provided by our amazing team. What we need is a variety of different types of people who are kind, grounded and proactive, who love working in a positive, creative team.
We have excellent career development programmes and opportunities to support you in your role, including a management training programme and staff awards. This role is on a rota basis, which includes evening and weekend work. It will include some personal care, depending on the needs of the people in the service. No uniform is required.
