The Forward Trust is seeking a Band 6 Substance Misuse Nurse to join our team at HMP Highdown and HMP Downview on a full-time basis. You will deliver clinical care and recovery-focused interventions to individuals with drug and alcohol dependencies within a prison setting.
You will assess, plan and coordinate care, work with prison staff and partner agencies, manage your caseload and support junior colleagues while upholding the NMC code and safeguarding best practices.
