Renewable Energy Sales Advisor in Lincoln

Location : Based in Lincoln and their work is across Lincolnshire

Salary : £40,000 per annum, plus sales targets achieved commission

Vacancy Type : Full time, Permanent

Hours of work : Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

The company are a specialist renewable energy installer that specialises in Solar PV, Battery Storage and Air & Ground Source Heat Pumps.

The Role

Due to rapid organic growth, they are actively seeking a Sales Advisor with experience in Solar PV & Battery systems.

They require a skilled individual who can successfully survey, design, and quote Solar PV & Battery systems for new and existing clients across the domestic, commercial, and new build sectors.

They\’re seeking someone who is :

• Consultative – Focused on uncovering needs, not just pushing sales.
• Commercially aware – Able to discuss budgets, ROI, and value without compromising on margin.
• Organised – Strong at managing multiple leads, proposals, and follow-ups.
