Transforming Support Coulsdon is hiring a Support Worker to provide person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs at Chipstead Court, Coulsdon.
You will work either days or nights, 39 hours a week on days or 37 on nights, with a rolling two-week rota and a discretionary bonus up to £1,000 and 28 days leave.
Candidates should have at least six months care experience, strong communication, reliability and flexibility; a driving licence is advantageous.
