About EndtoEnd IT: EndtoEnd IT develops cloud based business management software for timber window manufacturers and installers. The system supports the full process from enquiry and quotation through design, manufacture and installation or delivery, helping customers streamline workflows and operate more efficiently. The business has grown steadily over the past eight years and works with many respected companies across the industry. Due to continued growth, we're now expanding our Support & Implementation Team.
The Role: As a Graduate IT Project Support / Support & Implementation Analyst, you'll support customers using the EndtoEnd system and assist with new client implementations. You'll be trained to become a system superuser, allowing you to support users confidently, assist with onboarding, and contribute to ongoing improvements.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing phone‑based and online customer support
- Logging and managing support tickets using HubSpot
- Supporting and coordinating new client implementation projects
- Assisting with system setup, onboarding and user training
- Testing new software features and reporting findings
- Supporting internal processes and project delivery
- General administration and team support
- A degree in a technology or business‑related subject
- Strong IT skills and confidence learning new systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- At least one year's work experience
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (location not easily accessible by public transport)
- Experience in construction or manufacturing is an advantage but not essential
- Full training to become a system expert
- Exposure to software implementation, customer support and testing
