Take ownership of quality on the factory floor. An established UK manufacturing business is creating several new opportunities for experienced Quality Technicians to join its site-based team in the Norwich area. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will monitor quality throughout the manufacturing process, identify defects and non-conformities, investigate recurring issues and help ensure every finished product meets the required standards.
This is a practical, hands-on role working closely with Production teams. You will be visible on the factory floor, supporting quality at every stage and contributing to improvements that reduce waste, prevent repeat issues and strengthen overall product quality.
Essential experience:- Previous quality inspection, quality control or quality assurance experience within a manufacturing environment is essential.
