Our client is looking for a reliable and skilled tradesperson to carry out planned maintenance, void works and property refurbishments within domestic social housing properties.
This varied role will involve bathroom and kitchen renewals alongside general property repairs. Applicants should be confident working across several trades, including tiling, basic plumbing, joinery, drylining and screeding.

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join their supportive team.
Key responsibilities
As a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson, your duties will include:
- Completing general property repairs and planned maintenance
- Carrying out full bathroom refurbishments and renewals
- Supporting kitchen renewal and refurbishment projects
- Undertaking tiling, plumbing and joinery work
- Completing drylining, plastering, screeding and associated finishing work
- Diagnosing maintenance issues and identifying appropriate repairs
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Completing assigned work within the agreed timescales
- Communicating professionally with residents, clients and colleagues
- Maintaining excellent customer service while working in occupied properties
