About the Role
TCFM is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee soft services at a busy Distribution Centre in Milton Keynes. You will manage operational delivery, maintain high standards, and build strong relationships with the customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver FM services according to SLA, site charter, and internal strategy.
- Manage on-site FM projects and act as the main contact for the customer.
- Monitor SLAs and performance indicators, ensuring compliance and excellence.
