About the role
We are looking for a commercially focused, values-led Business Development Manager to help grow our supported living and complex needs services across the North. This is a key role for an experienced professional who can generate high-quality referrals, build trusted relationships with Local Authorities, Integrated Care Boards, commissioners and wider partners, and help convert opportunities into sustainable, high-quality services. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, supporting referral pathways from enquiry through to delivery, and contributing to the organisation's growth plans. We remain open to considering a more senior candidate who can demonstrate the ability to generate referrals at scale and operate confidently with senior commissioners and strategic partners.
