Ascend Support is looking for an experienced Bank Outreach Support Worker to provide person centred support across Lambert and Cheam. Male Bank Outreach Support Worker Location: Outreach across Lambert and Cheam Salary: Β£14.00 per hour Holiday Pay: 12.07% rolled up holiday pay Contract: Bank Experience Required: Minimum 6 months' care or support experience Outreach Hours: Lambert: 10:00am to 4:00pm, 5 days per week Cheam, SM3: 10:00am to 4:00pm, 2 days per week Support People to Live Life Their Way As a Bank Outreach Support Worker with Ascend Support, you will provide practical, person centred support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. The focus is on helping each person build confidence, make their own choices and maintain as much independence as possible within their own home and local community.
