A dedicated School Level 3 Nursery Practitioner is required to join a Nursery team in a full-time, all year-round position. The role involves working 42.5 hours per week between 7:30am and 6:00pm. The successful candidate will work as part of a team to provide structured play and development opportunities for children aged 2–4, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment that supports early learning and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise children and ensure their safety and wellbeing at all times
  • Plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate play and learning activities
  • Support children with meals, snacks, and personal care
  • Observe, assess, and maintain records of children’s development
  • Prepare and maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment
  • Set up and clear away activities, ensuring equipment is safe and appropriate
  • Build positive relationships with parents and carers, communicating daily
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the Nursery
  • Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and parent evenings
  • Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health
