St Bedes and St Josephs Catholic College is looking to appoint an ambitious, values-driven Assistant Headteacher to join its Senior Leadership Team. The College has seen significant positive transformation in recent years and was judged Good in all areas by Ofsted. Students are happy, staff relationships are strong, and outcomes remain a real strength.

The role involves working closely with the Headteacher, Deputy Headteachers and wider SLT to lead improvement across the College. Responsibilities will be shaped around your strengths and the needs of the College, but will include:

This post follows the internal promotion of the current postholder to Deputy Headteacher.

About you: You will be an excellent teacher and experienced school leader with Qualified Teacher Status.
