Due to continued growth and new contract wins, we're now looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to join our expanding team.
The Role
As a mobile engineer, you'll cover Yorkshire and surrounding areas (with occasional further travel), carrying out a mix of planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of AC systems. You'll be trusted to work independently, solve problems on-site, and deliver excellent service to our clients.
What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs
- Assist in-house engineers with repairs and small installations
- Working with split, multi-split, and VRF/VRV systems
- Completing clear, accurate service reports
- Building strong, professional relationships with clients
- Ensuring all work meets F-Gas and health & safety standards
About You
We're looking for someone practical, reliable, and customer-focused who takes pride in their work.
- Proven experience in air conditioning maintenance
- F-Gas qualification (preferred but not essential)
- Experience with brands such as Mitsubishi, Daikin, or Toshiba (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional attitude with good communication skills
