St Paul’s Waldorf School is looking for an experienced and highly organised SENDCO / SENCO & Inclusion Lead to shape and lead its SEND provision. The role reports to the Headteacher and carries strategic responsibility for developing and delivering the school’s SEND policy and provision.
Your responsibilities include leading SEND across the school, maintaining the SEND register, coordinating support, monitoring progress and ensuring compliance with EHC plans and timescales.
