LFS Limited is a well-established and growing passive fire protection contractor, delivering fire stopping and fire door solutions across residential, commercial, and public-sector frameworks. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a skilled Compartment Fire Surveyor to support an expanding portfolio of projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed compartmentation inspections
- Work in confined spaces, including loft areas
- Produce accurate floor plan mock-ups for loft compartmentation
- Measure compartment breaches and identify service types
- Interpret floor plans and compartmentation drawings
- Clearly explain fire stopping breaches and recommend solutions
- Engage professionally with residents and the public
- Maintain high attention to detail across all work
Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Passive Fire Protection (or equivalent)
- IFE Certificate Level 2 or above
- Proven experience in fire stopping inspections
- Strong understanding of fire safety regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to produce clear and accurate survey reports
- Strong written and spoken English skills
- Ability to work independently
