About the Role
TCFM is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee soft services at a busy Distribution Centre in Milton Keynes. You will manage operational delivery, maintain high standards, and build strong relationships with the customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver FM services according to SLA, site charter, and internal strategy.
- Manage on-site FM projects and act as the main contact for the customer.
- Monitor SLAs and performance indicators, ensuring compliance and excellence.
- Manage suppliers to deliver consistent service and great customer interactions.
- Track budgets drive continuous improvement and maintain full compliance.
- Lead, coach, and develop colleagues, ensuring team performance and standards.
- Oversee health & safety, COSHH, and all statutory obligations.
- Respond promptly to urgent issues, incidents, or service requests.
About You
- Proven experience in soft services FM or large-scale cleaning operations (distribution centre experience desirable).
- Strong commercial awareness with KPI monitoring and budget responsibility.
- Skilled in team leadership, colleague development, and performance improvement.
- Confident communicator, able to influence and build trusted relationships.
- Proactive, organised, and committed to service excellence.
