Intrinsic Communications is a boutique events company delivering high-level executive events including breakfasts, lunches, dinners, virtual events and two-day summits. We work with senior leaders across a wide range of industries and are continuing to grow rapidly.
We are expanding our Sponsorship and Delegate Sales teams and are looking for confident, driven individuals ready to start a successful sales career.
The Role
- Office-based Monday to Thursday, work from home Fridays
- Outbound calling to pre-defined data sets
- Engaging senior executives to attend or sponsor events
- Outreach via phone, LinkedIn and email
- Presenting opportunities to clients via Microsoft Teams
- Managing your own pipeline and working to clear targets
About You
- Confident, articulate and comfortable on the phone
- Friendly, professional and enthusiastic
- Well organised and resilient
- Highly ambitious and motivated by targets and earnings
- Eligible to work in the UK and travel internationally
What We Offer
- Competitive basic salary £25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
- Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £50,000 - £60,000
