St Bede’s and St Joseph’s Catholic College is an oversubscribed, co-educational Catholic Secondary School in Bradford, formed in 2014 through the merger of St Bede’s Catholic Grammar School and St Joseph’s Catholic College and is one of two secondary schools and seventeen primary schools that form the Blessed Christopher Wharton Catholic Academy Trust.
About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional and experienced senior leader to join our college and take strategic responsibility for curriculum leadership, timetabling, and organisational planning across Key Stages 3–5. This is a pivotal role within our leadership team, offering the opportunity to shape the academic experience of nearly 2,000 students within a thriving and ambitious Catholic College. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership of the curriculum and the organisational structures of the College, ensuring that the timetable, staffing and curriculum pathways enable high-quality teaching and strong student outcomes. The role involves leading curriculum and organisational systems across a large, two-site College, requiring a high level of strategic thinking, precision and organisational expertise.
