St Bedes and St Josephs Catholic College is looking to appoint an ambitious, values-driven Assistant Headteacher to join its Senior Leadership Team. The College has seen significant positive transformation in recent years and was judged Good in all areas by Ofsted. You will work closely with the Headteacher, Deputy Headteachers and wider SLT to lead improvement across the College.
Responsibilities will be shaped around your strengths and the needs of the College, but will include:

This post follows the internal promotion of the current postholder to Deputy Headteacher. You will be an excellent teacher and experienced school leader with:

You will join a committed, forward-thinking leadership team in a vibrant College community with a proud history, a successful sixth form and a strong sense of mission. The successful candidate will have a strong track record as a classroom teacher, successful leadership experience within a secondary school setting and a clear commitment to raising standards, supporting staff and improving outcomes for students.
