The role You will work closely with the Headteacher, Deputy Headteachers and wider SLT to lead improvement across the College. Responsibilities will be shaped around your strengths and the needs of the College, but will include strategic leadership, staff development, quality assurance and raising standards for students. This post follows the internal promotion of the current postholder to Deputy Headteacher.
