How to prepare for a job interview at AD Recruit

Know Your Stuff

Make sure you brush up on your technical knowledge related to commercial vehicles. Be ready to discuss your qualifications, like City & Guilds or NVQ level 3, and how they apply to the role. This shows you’re not just qualified but also passionate about what you do.

Showcase Your Problem-Solving Skills

Prepare to share examples of how you've diagnosed and resolved issues in the past. Think of specific instances where your skills made a difference, especially in a demanding environment. This will demonstrate your ability to think on your feet and tackle challenges head-on.
