Due to continued growth, my client is on the hunt for an experienced Training Operations Manager to head up their Driver Training Department. Summary of Job: Taking responsibility for the day to day running of the operational side of the Driver Training Department and all that it entails. Duties: To develop, expand and grow the Acclaim Handling driver training department. Recruitment of new driver trainer staff when necessary, including writing of job description and advert, induction of staff and training. Maintain & develop the RTITB accreditation (audits, training records, certification etc.) to ensure it is at the standard that the RTITB require. Ensure the department is prepared for the annual RTITB audit. Keep up to date with legislation and any changes that may arise to training and Health & Safety. Make sure all customers and their requirements are dealt with correctly and resolve any problems promptly.
