Are you an experienced Senior or Team Leader in children's residential care ready to step up? Our Client is looking for a Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in running a safe, structured and nurturing home for young people. This is a key leadership role with real influence over the quality of care, staff development and outcomes for children.

The Role:

  • You will work closely with the Registered Manager to lead the service, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance at all times.
  • Support and deputise for the Registered Manager.
  • Lead shifts and provide day-to-day staff supervision.
  • Drive high standards in safeguarding, compliance and Ofsted expectations.
  • Oversee care planning, recording and documentation.
  • Support staff development, supervisions and rota planning.
  • Build positive relationships with young people and staff.
