Are you an organised, confident, and personable individual looking to join a dynamic property management company?
We are recruiting anoffice administratorto support the efficient running of our Southampton office.
As part of one of Southamptons largest private landlords, you will play a key role in managing a portfolio of over 200 properties and 1,000 tenants.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling office administration, emails, and phone calls
- Communicating with tenants, landlords, and contractors
- Assisting with property viewings and tenancy agreements
- Managing key distributions, payments, and compliance documentation
- Supporting marketing and social media activities
Requirements:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident multi-tasker in a fast-paced environment
- IT literate with administrative experience
- Property experience beneficial but not essential
- Must live within a 20-minute drive of Southampton city centre
- Occasional weekend work for property check-ins and viewings
- Must be willing to support seasonal property management demands
