Your Private Clients Account Handler Role:
As an Account Handler, you play a critical role in supporting Private Clients and ensuring their insurance needs are met. This position requires exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of insurance products and regulations. You will collaborate closely with clients, underwriters, and other team members to deliver comprehensive insurance solutions and exceptional service.
Duties involved:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
- Understand clients' insurance needs and provide tailored advice and solutions.
- Assist clients with policy enquiries, changes, and renewals.
- Ensure accuracy in policy documentation, endorsements, and certificates of insurance.
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate and secure the best coverage terms for clients.
- Analyse clients' risk profiles and insurance needs to identify gaps and opportunities for coverage improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes that may impact clients.
- Ensure clients' insurance policies comply with industry regulations and contractual obligations.
- Keep clients informed about changes in regulations and their implications.
- Maintain accurate and organised electronic client files and documentation.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients on their insurance portfolios.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products.

This is an office-based role at our client's offices in Finchley, London, N3. Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.
