Junior Account Manager (Wills, Trusts and LPAs) - No New Business
Start Date: February 2026
Hours: 37 hours per week, Mon-Thu 9am-5.30pm and Fridays 9am-5pm

Role Outline:
The Junior Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional service, retention, and long‑term relationship development. This role involves strategic account management, project coordination, and mentoring junior team members to support departmental objectives and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship & Contract Ownership: Take full ownership of client accounts, including responsibility for contract renewals, terms, and compliance. Ensure all client agreements are accurately maintained and executed in line with company policies. Act as the main point of contact for clients, delivering outstanding service and maintaining strong, professional relationships. Identify opportunities to expand services or introduce new products to existing clients. Handle client issues or escalations promptly and effectively.
- Commercial & Strategic Contribution: Manage and monitor contract performance to ensure client satisfaction and profitability. Present MI reports, performance reviews, and commercial updates to clients and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute account growth strategies. Provide market insight and client feedback to inform product development and business planning.
- Project & Account Management: Lead projects and initiatives that support client goals while aligning with business objectives. Coordinate with internal departments to deliver client requirements efficiently. Support the planning and delivery of client‑facing events, webinars, and marketing activities. Maintain accurate records, forecasts, and reporting for all assigned accounts.
- Team Support, Training & Leadership: Provide day-to-day guidance, support, and mentorship to junior members of the team. Assist in onboarding and training new team members, ensuring consistent standards of service and performance. Delegate tasks appropriately, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback. Contribute to regular team meetings, sharing best practices and updates.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyse sales data and client metrics to measure success and identify improvement areas. Report regularly to the Head of Sales & Marketing and internal stakeholders on account performance, trends, and opportunities.
