A&D Logistics Training Centre is an award-winning, family-run business dedicated to delivering high-quality training across all sectors.

We have a number of accreditations which includes being an RTITB Partner,. We provide training to external companies, the general public, and our own internal team. We pride ourselves on fostering a professional, supportive environment where learners can enhance their skills and advance their careers.
The Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Training Instructor to join our growing training team. The successful candidate will deliver a wide range of industry-recognised training courses both at our Training Centre near Glasgow and on client sites across the UK. The training will be delivered to both external customers and the A&D teams across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, accredited training courses including (but not limited to):
- Driver Training
- Driver CPC Training
- ADR Training
- First Aid at Work Training
- Driver Assessor Training
- Assess learners’ skills and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
- Ensure all training materials and delivery methods meet regulatory and awarding body requirements.
- Maintain accurate training records and certification compliance.
- Work collaboratively with the Training Centre team to continuously improve training content and learner experience.
- Represent A&D Logistics Training Centre professionally when training externally on client sites.
Skills & Experience Required
- Recognised training qualification and/or industry accreditation (e.g., RTITB, JAUPT, ADR, First Aid Instructor).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Previous experience in logistics preferable.
- Ability to adapt training delivery to different learning styles and environments.
- A proactive, professional, and approachable manner.
- Flexibility to travel when required.
