We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented property professional to join a growing property-focused business operating across residential and commercial matters in England and Wales.
This role would suit either:
- A recently qualified solicitor/CILEx lawyer (England & Wales), OR
- A highly experienced non-qualified property professional with strong practical experience in residential and commercial property matters.
The position is fully remote (office attendance in New Forest optional) and requires someone who is self-driven, organised, commercially aware, and capable of managing responsibilities independently to a high standard.
About the Role
You will support a fast-moving property business across a range of matters which may include:
- Residential conveyancing
- Commercial property transactions
- Lease reviews and drafting
- Due diligence
- Land Registry matters
- Legal research
- Client and third-party communication
- Property compliance and administration
- General operational and legal support
This is a full-time remote role for someone who enjoys ownership, responsibility, and autonomy.

Remote Working Expectations
This is a fully remote role and attendance in our New Forest office is optional. We are specifically looking for someone who thrives in an independent working environment and takes personal responsibility for productivity, organisation, and communication.
Salary & Progression
Salary: £45,000–£65,000 depending on experience, capability, and level of independence. Additional performance-based bonuses and progression opportunities available for the right candidate.
