Our brilliant Private Equity-backed Fintech client, based in London, is currently looking for an experienced VP of Group Accounting to lead their global consolidation, compliance, and reporting functions. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will oversee multiple finance teams across the Group, ensuring the timely and accurate reporting of financial information from each subsidiary.
In this role, you will lead the preparation of the Group’s consolidated financial statements and coordinate the statutory accounts process for local entities, ensuring full compliance with both local GAAP and IFRS for tax and regulatory purposes. Collaborating closely with the Revenue and Cost Control teams, you will also head the Group’s centralised financial accounting and control functions, while managing intercompany transactions and overseeing Transfer Pricing processes.
Key skills:
