Our client, a global Proprietary Trading firm, is seeking a Travel Operations Specialist to join their global Travel team, while collaborating with stakeholder groups, optimize internal travel operations and adoption of their travel program. This role is suited for someone with prior experience in corporate housing booking and vendor management.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, book, and reconcile expenses for corporate housing globally
- Manage corporate housing vendors, ensuring they meet their SLAs and provide the best possible arrangements/support for employees
- Partner with HR and tax departments to ensure proper documentation and compliance for corporate housing program
- Act as point of escalation for daily inquiries and questions, interface with travelers to provide prompt and accurate support, ensuring excellent customer service through communication and problem solving
- Manage, maintain, and support analytics for virtual travel payments (Extend)
- Support travel related communications including internal travel SharePoint site and slack channel
- Execute and support ongoing travel optimization efforts including implementations, ad hoc projects, etc.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in corporate travel services or travel operations
- Familiar with corporate travel online booking tools
- Comfortable with a fast-paced environment
