I am seeking Transformation Managers to support the coordination, execution, and success of transformation initiatives for our clients in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse, lead and manage transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive change initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of transformation projects, providing regular updates to C-suite and senior leadership.
  • Contribute to the management of larger initiatives or programmes, assisting with planning, execution strategies, and monitoring of progress.
  • Ensure effective stakeholder management and communication throughout the transformation process.
  • Solicit feedback from stakeholders at various levels to gauge the effectiveness of changes, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyse relevant data to measure the success and impact of implemented changes, refining strategies and improving outcomes using findings.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading transformation projects in a fast-paced, high growth environment including Private Equity backed environment or consultancy.
  • Strong project management skills, ability to oversee multiple initiatives, manage resources, and deliver outcomes effectively.
  • Good stakeholder management skills.
