We are looking for a Management Accountant to work four days on site, to support a thriving business. Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of preparing monthly management accounts for all group entities, ensuring group-level consolidation is completed within a five-day close cycle.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to highlight key trends and performance drivers against budget and forecast.
- Maintain accurate financial records by ensuring all balance sheet accounts are reconciled each month.
- Collaborate closely with the Accounts Payable and Receivable teams, reviewing reconciliations of bank and HIF accounts, and overseeing ledger accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:
- Based within easy commuting distance to St Albans, as the position requires a hybrid working model.
- Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA or ACA) or equivalent.
