Our client, a fast-growing international technology company, is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead and develop a medium-sized payroll team. This is a key leadership role for an individual who brings deep international payroll expertise and a strong appetite for process innovation, including the adoption of AI-driven solutions.
Role Overview
You will own the end-to-end payroll function across multiple geographies, with specific responsibility for the UK and Poland. You will ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
