An exciting FP&A role for a qualified CIMA professional working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment helping to drive commercial business decisions.
Key Activities:
- Prepare an in-depth, comprehensive financial reporting package (full financial statements, comprehensive KPIs, operational dashboards, analysis of business trends, budget variances) with comprehensive, executive-level explanations of differences.
- Deliver best-in-class financial modeling and budgeting.
- Partner with senior management to ensure business objectives meet financial targets.
- Develop infrastructure to gather timely and accurate feedback from a geographically distributed field that supports decision-making and prioritisation of resources.
- Partner effectively with field leaders to build and execute on business initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to develop a culture of data-driven decision-making by providing business leaders with access to financial information, KPIs, and analytic support.
- Provide support in delivery of timely reporting with clear KPIs that identify areas of strength or risk in the business.
- Compile appropriate data sets and analyse trends, variances, and current performance metrics to develop accurate forecasts.
- Ensure significant variances from forecasted results are identified, understood, and recommended corrective actions are communicated and taken to ensure financial objectives are achieved.
You must be CIMA qualified or equivalent and hold a UK driver's licence. You will have over 5 years FP&A experience in a corporate business and be driven and a self-starter.
