Senior Associate, Asset Management

Our client, a boutique asset management firm, is seeking a Senior Operational Due Diligence Associate. Conduct operational reviews, review legal documents and significant service providers, as well as prepare ODD reports for proposed new investments monitor procedures, including producing reports, review annual audited financial statements, provide support on any corporate action Keep up to date with relevant regulatory developments and compliance requirements Prepare business risk assessments, conduct operational reviews, and prepare detail reports of proposed candidates to their UCITS platform Annually, review the audited financial statements, the key service providers, and all sub-funds, producing reports where required Continue to review internal business practices and policies to improve internal operations, and review key vendors for any operational concerns
