Our client is a high-growth business in the middle of a significant transformation, with a number of critical interim and contract hires to make across their finance function. They are looking to bring on an experienced recruiter on a project basis to work alongside their existing team. This is not a generalist or coordination role; you will be expected to hit the ground running identifying and engaging candidates for interim and temp finance roles, so comfort with that market and pace is important.
The right person will have come through an agency rather than an in-house TA route and will have placed temps and interims before. Experience within finance or professional services as well as FMCG, manufacturing or industrial sector experience in a PE-back environment will be advantageous. You will be used to working at speed with relatively light direction, and confident enough to manage candidate conversations independently from first contact through to submission.
This is a project engagement, so it suits someone who is either currently freelancing or open to taking on work alongside existing commitments. The project is expected to run until the end of 2026.
