Our client, a fast-growing international technology company, is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead and develop a medium-sized payroll team. This is a key leadership role for an individual who brings deep international payroll expertise and a strong appetite for process innovation, including the adoption of AI-driven solutions.
Role Overview
You will own the end-to-end payroll function across multiple geographies, with specific responsibility for the UK and Poland. You will ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. The organisation is undergoing significant transformation, and you will play a central role in modernising payroll operations, optimising workflows, and embedding new technologies.
Key Responsibilities
