Our client is a dynamic PE backed business seeking to hire an accomplished Group Financial Controller to move into the role of Director of Group Reporting and Internal Control. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Big 4 trained Group Financial Controller to report into the CFO and lead the businesses Global finance team.

You will in total have 8 direct reports including Internal control, Group Tax, Consolidation, Regional Financial Control and accounting internationally. Your wider team will number around 50 as you deliver robust numbers for C-suite and investors.

You will manage the relationships with external auditors and international tax authorities and closely interact with the chair of the audit committee. Your technical accounting knowledge will be exemplary, and your management experience a must.

As a key member of the SLT you will come with a wealth of group controlling experience and 20+ years’ post-qualification under your belt. This is an excellent opportunity to further your career and perfect your craft, but this role is not to be seen as a stepping stone.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about financial reporting and group control on an international stage and who is keen to gain new industry exposure in a diverse and thriving business. Excellent salary and benefits for the right person. 3 days per week in the office.
