Our client is seeking to hire a Group FP&A Manager / Reporting with 5-7 years' experience in the SaaS sector. You will be a highly motivated and ambitious individual who is keen to demonstrate your skills in this growing organisation.
You will be strong in common SaaS metrics such as customer retention, utilisation and churn, and be driven to set up group FP&A reports and extract data to support business decision making. This is a hands-on role and whilst there will be some supervision of a small team eventually, your seniority will be your exposure to C-suite and your provision of support to the Group FP&A director in delivering the data the business needs.
In the short-term, things will be done relatively manually on Excel, with the idea of bringing in and strengthening the utilisation of systems as the transformation continues to help streamline and ensure data integrity. A qualified accountant, you will perhaps have come from a group reporting background where you will be used to liaising internationally with divisions and countries to deliver consolidated numbers for board reporting.
With a large and exciting transformation commencing, they will need someone exceptionally driven to help navigate demand. Ideally, you will be immediately available or have a 1 month notice period. Remote initially, though eventually based in London 3 days per week. Salary circa £100k.
