We are seeking a commercially focused FP&A Lead to drive high-quality financial planning, analysis, and insight across a key Business Unit within a global organisation. This is a senior, high-impact role responsible for delivering robust forecasting, long-term planning, and performance reporting to support executive decision‑making and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Business Unit FP&A, delivering accurate forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning
- Provide clear, data-driven insights to senior leadership and Board‑level stakeholders
- Develop granular performance reporting across customers, operations, and geographies, identifying trends and actionable opportunities
- Partner cross‑functionally to strengthen financial visibility, challenge performance, and drive continuous improvement
- Enhance business intelligence capability in collaboration with Data & Analytics teams
- Support business development initiatives, pricing strategy, efficiency programmes, and M&A activity through robust financial modelling
