Our client is seeking to hire an ambitious Interim Senior FP&A Manager / Finance Business Partner to join the business on an interim basis for 3-6 months. This is a unique business partnering role for a critical business area and requires a seasoned and qualified accountant who will cover all aspects of commercial accounting, planning, reporting, budgeting, and strategic decision making.
This role is offered on a hybrid basis and offers a great deal of C-Suite and senior stakeholder engagement. Due to the specialist nature of the company and its services, it is essential that your background demonstrates your knowledge and experience in FP&A and business partnering positions.
This is a pharmaceutical business that works in a specialist niche, and therefore it would be great if you have previous experience in the pharma industry, but this is not essential. Most importantly, you will have the ambition and personality to grow your career and be very outgoing and personable in order to influence across the wider business and support them with their numbers.
The business operates a 2-day week in the office policy. £350-£500 per day inside IR35. Based in Burton-Upon-Trent.
