Permanent full time opportunity in a growing mid sized global PE backed service business for the Head of Corporate Legal Affairs based in London. You will set up and improve legal compliance and strategically advise senior leaders operating within a robust legal governance framework.

For this role you will need a law degree with a post graduate qualification and 10 years plus of legal experience. You will have familiarity with international legal frameworks and hands on M&A experience. Ideally, you will have set up an international group legal function and thrive in a fast paced environment.

This role offers a salary range of £130,000 - £140,000 plus a bonus of 15% and includes travel to the international sites.
